What size fish?

Hi,

I have been surfing a 7'2" Minimal for a few years. I am pretty comfortable on it now - can catch green waves, turn either way and ride it to the end - so want to move to something shorter.

I think a fish is the best option as it should still be quite floaty. I am tempted by your flying fish, but am not sure what size to get.

I am just under 6'1" tall, and weigh about 70kg - ie. pretty light. Would the 6'2" board be too small? From what I gather I can afford to get a slightly shorter fish than if it was a shortie.

I don't want to fork out on something too long and just have to get a shorter one in a year or so, and I am prepared for a little bit of frustration! But equally I do want to be able to surf the thing!

I mostly surf in the South and West coast of England....a mixture of messy, mushy waves with the odd nice day and the occasional surfing holiday to France or Ireland.
