Headed by Gary Richards, the USA HQ will coordinate and service operations with US distributors and retailers for the mainland USA and Hawaii. Additionally, it will serve as a regional HQ responsible for coordinating and supporting distribution in Canada, Mexico, Caribbean, Central and South America.

The opening of the USA Headquarters follows on from the recent appointment of Surftech Australia as the regional Distributor for Australasia. Watercooled also has regional HQ in Europe, centered in Biarritz and the UK Servicing the European and North African and Asia minor regions and its distributors.
